The administration and operation of the Space Tour web application is carried out by Web Space Technology FZE, duly registered and acting in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”).
This document constitutes the official public offer of the Administration to any individual wishing to use the functionality of the Space Tour web application available at https://space-tour.com.
By using the web application, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms of this Offer.
2. Language
This Offer is published in English.
In the event of any discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
3. Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at: https://space-tour.com/privacy
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Actions
Users agree to use the web application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Offer.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Publishing images, videos, or other materials involving individuals or legal entities without proper consent
- Uploading or distributing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Using the service for spam, malware distribution, phishing, or other harmful or abusive activities
- Distributing content related to drugs, violence, extremism, or any other violations of applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates
Users bear full responsibility for all materials uploaded or published through their accounts.
The Administration reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Offer and to restrict or block access to the service where necessary.
5. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
Users may purchase a paid subscription to access advanced features of the web application.
- Subscription payments are charged automatically according to the selected plan
- All payments are non-refundable once successfully processed, except where required by applicable law
6. Refunds, Cancellation, and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the end of the current billing period.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Upon cancellation:
- Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for unused time
7. Account Suspension and Termination
The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
- Violation of this Offer
- Violation of applicable laws
- Misuse or abuse of the web application
In case of termination due to a violation, any paid subscription fees remain non-refundable.
8. Storage and Access to Materials
Paid Plans
If a paid subscription is canceled:
- User files (including tour media) are stored for 30 calendar days
- After this period, files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- The tour project structure remains in the user’s account and may be reactivated upon renewing the subscription, subject to re-uploading deleted materials
Free Plan
On the Free plan, materials are stored without a fixed expiration period.
However, the Administration reserves the right to delete free plan tours in the following cases:
- Prolonged inactivity (for example, no activity for 12 consecutive months)
- Abuse of the service or violation of this Offer
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Technical maintenance or optimization
Where reasonably possible, users will be notified in advance before such deletion.
9. Switching Between Subscription Plans
When switching to a different plan, the full price of the newly selected plan is charged.
Any unused time from the previous subscription is automatically converted into days of the new plan, adjusted based on the price difference.
Downgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation by the user.
If additional features were enabled under a higher-tier plan (including, but not limited to, floor plans, widgets, or interface customization), these features will be disabled after downgrading.
Tours created using such features will become unavailable for viewing and editing until the required plan is reactivated.
All tours exported and downloaded under paid plans will continue to function normally on the user’s external servers even after the subscription expires.
10. Data Storage Responsibility
All user-generated content, including images, virtual tours, and related files, is hosted on infrastructure provided by vdsina.com, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and other third-party service providers.
The Administration relies on third-party infrastructure providers to host and store user data. While uninterrupted availability of such services cannot be guaranteed, reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data integrity, security, and availability.
In the event of outages or technical issues beyond the Administration’s direct control, reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption and assist users with data recovery where technically feasible.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Administration from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
- The user’s use of the web application
- Content uploaded or published by the user
- Violation of this Offer or applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
12. Limitation of Warranties and Liability
The Space Tour web application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Administration makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation, availability, or error-free performance of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Administration for any claims related to the use of the web application shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the subscription during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
13. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, website structure, design, logos, and other interface elements of Space Tour belong exclusively to the rights holder of the web application.
Any copying, distribution, modification, or use of these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
14. Changes to Terms and Pricing
The Administration reserves the right to modify this Offer, subscription plans, or pricing at any time.
Material changes will be published on the website and, where appropriate, communicated to users in advance. Continued use of the web application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Offer and all relations arising from the use of the Space Tour web application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
